If smoked meat is a feast for the stomach, then good architecture is a feast for the eyes, according to Sandra Cohen-Rose. And this is exactly why she is trying to save Ben’s Restaurant from demolition. Part of historical society Art Deco Montreal, Cohen-Rose is teaming up with Pop Montreal to pressure the City of Montreal and the province to protect what they feel is an important historical and cultural landmark.
